the impact basketball & life skills academy is an intensive overnight camp WHICH will will give 30 rising 9th graders the opportunity to get premier on-court coaching while also learning the character skills they will need to compete off the court.
2022 IMPACT BASKETBALL & LIFE SKILLS ACADEMY
Led by Coach Murry Bartow and Coach Mo Finley, the 2022 IMPACT Basketball & Life Skills Academy was held June 12-16 at Indian Springs School. The overnight camp hosted 30 rising 9th graders. An intensive on-court training camp was paired with off-court life skills sessions on topics like attitude, nutrition, conditioning, confidence, and character building.
The inaugural academy is just the first step in developing an ongoing relationship with these youth players. The Foundation’s goal is to stay in touch with these young men and their families to provide continued guidance as they progress through high school.
